Zumba with Bri and Rhian
Come and join the party with Bri and Rhian at 10.30am on Friday 15 November at Prahran Square for a fun hour of Zumba
This class combines easy to follow moves to Latin and international rhythms with the atmosphere of a dance party, it is accessible to all fitness levels and is guaranteed to be a whole heap of fun.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in and bring your friends and experience the fun of Zumba Fitness.

What to bring: Water bottle, towel
What to expect: A great low impact class Zumba class with a focus on balance and coordination with easy-to-follow dance moves. This class is particularly suited to those completely new to Zumba or just starting out on their fitness journey, active older adults and those coming back from injury. Great international music makes this a super fun class.
